23 Amphibious Engineers Squadron
Michael served with the 23 Amphibious Engineers Squadron from 1972 to 1975. He recently opened his personal photo archive for me – and inside were real treasures: remarkable shots of the unit’s old vehicle fleet, which I’m delighted to share here.
He can no longer recall exactly when or where these photographs were taken. Perhaps one of you recognises the surroundings or can offer clues about the location.

Michael diente von 1972 bis 1975 bei der 23 Amphibious Engineers Squadron. Vor Kurzem hat er sein privates Fotoarchiv für mich geöffnet – und darin fanden sich wahre Schätze: großartige Aufnahmen des damaligen Fuhrparks, die ich hier teilen darf.
Wann und wo genau die Bilder entstanden sind, weiß Michael heute nicht mehr. Vielleicht erkennt ja jemand von euch die Umgebung oder kann Hinweise zur Location geben.
