Einige Einheiten und Regimenter der in Hameln stationierten britischen Truppen, hatten auch Ihre eigenen Musikgruppen. So gab es das “Corps of Drums” des 26 Regiment Royal Corps of Transport”, weiterhin “The Band of the 28 Amphibious Engineer Regiment” oder “The Band of the Middlesex Regiment”. Um nur ein paar zu nennen. Vielleicht ist es mir ja möglich auch darüber einiges zusammenzutragen damit die Geschichte der britischen Armee vervollständigt werden kann hier in Hameln!
